Das Seminar Basics of Forest Pedagogy musste zwar wegen des Putschs zwei Tage zuvor abgesagt werden, doch konnte ich einigen PädagogInnen waldpädagogische Ansätze und Methoden soweit vermitteln, dass sie nach meiner Weiterreise diese selbst umgesetzt haben und hoffentlich noch immer tun. :)

Im heurigen Juli bin ich nach Olympos und Cirali (Türkei) zu einem Sommercamp eingeladen um Kinder waldpädagogisch in die Natur zu begleiten.
Weiters biete ich das Seminar 'Basics of Forest Pedagogy' für LehrerInnen und Kindergarten-PädagogInnen an.

Basics of Forest Pedagogy
18. and 19. July 2016
In this workshop you will learn basic methods and about the theory and principles of forest pedagogy.
It includes self-experience in nature on the one hand and on the other hand you can discover how you can use the presented methods and tools in your professional and private fields - with school classes or with kindergarten children and also in your family and with friends.
The workshop is about being in and with nature, about learning to use the resources it provides for us and trying out new approaches to get in contact with the environment and with ourselves.
We will do exercises to refine our senses and our awareness, play team and movement games to come together as a group and to have fun :-). We will also explore stillness and our creativity.
In speaking circles we reflect about our experiences, about (forest) pedagogy, children and the importance of being outside and in contact with nature.
For me the most important thing is to enable good experiences and well-being in the forest - for children as well as for adults. This is the basis for all the following positive effects of nature on our health and body, on our psyche and our mind.
